The Commando Excellence Program (CXP) is a pioneering initiative dedicated to empowering veterans as they transition from military service to the civilian workforce, specifically within the fast-paced and rewarding field of sales.
Recognising the unique skills, discipline, and resilience veterans bring to the table, we have crafted a transformational 3-week intensive training course designed to build dynamic sales capabilities, bolster confidence, and expand professional networks. But our commitment doesn’t stop there, CXP ensures a seamless transition into civilian careers through personalised job placement support, helping veterans unlock new opportunities and rediscover their sense of purpose.

At the heart of CXP is our Director, David Taggart, a passionate advocate for the veteran community and a veteran himself. With firsthand knowledge of the challenges and strengths that come with post-service life, David has turned his deep understanding and consideration for veterans into a thriving program that makes a real difference. CXP was born from his commitment to helping fellow veterans adapt and succeed, offering them, not just tools for professional success but also a renewed sense of belonging and achievement in their post-military journeys.
